ProcureOne are supporting a Global Client with their HQ in Surrey to recruit a new Sourcing Manager to their large Procurement team.
The Role
Lead strategic procurement activities for indirect categories including Engineering, Property, Workplace Services, Travel and Fleet.
Develop robust trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support the development of category strategy
Identify and mitigate risks through the supply chain to ensure business needs are met
Manage due diligence and governance for your category areas
Look at innovation and driving value through adopting a strong business partner approach
The person
Proven Sourcing experience across indirect categories within a large matrix structured environment
Strong negotiation experience
Analytical and data driven mind set
Clear and confident communication style in order to build trusted relationships
The Company
This is a progressive organisation with an HQ in Surrey. You will be able to work in a hybrid way with some time in the office and visiting suppliers as required.
You will have UK right to work and be based in the UK.
Salary is c£50k with strong benefits package
