A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Procurement professional to lead a team covering Corporate Services (categories include HR, Professional Services, Fleet, Travel, Property, Workplace Services and Engineering).

The Role

Lead procurement activities for the indirect category areas in order to drive true value

Liaise with the wider Supplier Relationship Management team to build relationships to enhance Risk Management, Innovation and Performance across the Supply base.

Build robust stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted Business Partner across Corporate Services

Develop and coach a small team to ensure strategic category plans are developing in line with overall business goals

Promote best practice procurement standards to ensure governance and compliance

Champion ethical sourcing and sustainability within your procurement activities

The person

You will be an experienced procurement professional with strong Indirect Corporate Services background

You will enjoy team management and have previous experience fostering a high performing culture.

You will be an excellent communicator with a flexible and proactive mindset.

The Company

This is a progressive organisation with an HQ in Surrey. You will be able to work in a hybrid way with some time in the office and visiting suppliers as required.

You will have UK right to work and be based in the UK.

Salary is c£80k plus a strong benefits package
